HOW TO TRADE IN NIFTY OPTION ?
Trading in Nifty Options involves buying or selling call or put options of Nifty 50 index on the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE). Here are the steps to trade in Nifty Options:
Open a trading account with a registered broker in India that allows trading in Nifty Options.
Deposit funds into your trading account.
Once your trading account is activated, log in to your trading platform.
Place an order to buy or sell Nifty Options contracts at the current market price or at a specific price that you set.
Choose the strike price and expiry date of the option contract. The strike price is the price at which the option can be exercised, and the expiry date is the date on which the option contract expires.
The minimum lot size for Nifty Options is 75 units, so ensure that you are buying or selling in multiples of 75 units.
Monitor your positions and close them before the expiry of the contract. Nifty Options contracts expire on the last Thursday of every month.
